Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Shopping In, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Eligible for Replacement
We offer a replacement only if:
- The product received is different from the product shown on our website, or
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise a replacement request, you must record a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully inspected.
Important:
- Edited, cut, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
- Claims without a proper uncut unboxing video cannot be processed.
How to Raise a Request
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Uncut unboxing video
- Product photos (if required)

Our support team will review your request. If the claim is approved, the product will be replaced with the same item or an equivalent product, subject to stock availability.
No Refund Policy
Shopping In does not offer refunds.
Eligible products are only exchanged/replaced after successful verification by our support team. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
